Bomsori & Blechacz: Mozart, Beethoven, Liszt, Debussy & Chopin

Polish pianist Rafał Blechacz and Korean violinist Bomsori began their chamber music collaboration in 2016, but it wasn’t until early 2019 that they released an album of Polish and French music for Deutsche Grammophon, which has proven to be a testament of their delightful partnership and musical excellence. In this recital, the duo invite the audience to a concert in Berlin’s Meistersaal with a sonata for violin and piano by both Mozart and Beethoven, as well as fascinating arrangements of famous solo piano works by Liszt, Debussy and Chopin. Their playing is not only technically perfect, but also highly poetic, and they are always willing to take risks in the moment, when performing live.
